It is not only the out-of-season weeks that get auctioned. We recognise that it is often better to let a property for less than leave it completely empty. A late cancellation or an odd gap week in high season booking might mean a real bargain to holiday-hunters. The owner will usually put a lower starting price to cover their costs, and then it is up to you how far up you want to go!
